What happens if I cancel a reservation I made?

Cancellation of a bike reservation:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the 1st rental day, you do not pay anything.
Cancellation between 29 days and 14 days before the 1st rental day, you pay 50%.
Cancellation between 13 days and 7 days before the 1st rental day, you pay 80%.
Cancellation 6 days or less before the 1st rental day, you pay 100%.
Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail or fax.

Do I have to bring anything with me?
Yes. Important things you should bring:

pedals, if you didn’t order them as accessories
1-2 inner tubes- you can buy for € 3 from us
A set of Allen keys/multi-tool
A bike lock

Recommended:

1 bottle of chain oil
2-3 pieces of cloth/rag to clean the bike
your own saddle if you are delicate in this part of your body
1 spoke key, if you know how to tighten a spoke

Are the bikes insured?

Yes. The bikes are insured for damage, however you are responsible if the bike or bike parts get lost or stolen. For more information have a look at the Rental Conditions.

Does the delivery charge include both delivery and pick up of the bike at the end of the rental period?

Yes!

Do I have to pay the delivery charge for every bike (if ordering more than one)

No! The delivery charge you only pay once, no matter whether we deliver 1 or say 5 bikes. If you rent more than 10 bikes, the delivery service is free of charge.

Can I pick up / bring back the bike to your Felanitx Base at any time of the day?

No! The Felanitx Bike Shop is open:

Monday – Friday: 09.30 – 13.00 h und 16.30 – 20.00 h

Saturday: 10.00 – 13.00 h

Sunday and public holidays: closed.
